Importing a Single Contact
- Go to the Contacts panel in LinkedClient.
- Click on “Import Contacts”.
- Choose “Import Single”.
- If you don’t have a LinkedIn profile URL:
- Manually fill out the contact’s name, company, title, and other relevant fields.
- If you do have a LinkedIn profile URL:
- Find the profile on LinkedIn.
- Copy the URL and paste it into the designated field in LinkedClient.
- Click “Prefill” to auto-populate title, company, and related information.
- Optionally, add:
- Email and phone number (manually, if needed)
- Custom tags for categorisation
- Set a required Objective (e.g., “Sell LinkedClient to this contact”). The more specific, the better LC understands the goal.
- (Optional) Choose to start a sales cycle immediately.
- Click “Add Contact”.
- After refreshing the page, the new contact will appear in your pipeline with all associated information.
Importing Multiple Contacts

- Paste your prepared LinkedIn search URL (for example, from Sales Navigator).
- Set an Objective in bulk for all contacts (e.g., “Sell Elsie to this group/client”).
- Click “Import”.
- The platform will process the contacts and load them into a selection screen.
- From here, you can:
- Select or deselect individual contacts
- Apply custom tags to all or selected contacts (e.g., “Luxembourg”)
- Click “Add Contacts” to finalise the import.
Managing Your Imported Contacts
- Navigate to the Contacts section.
- Use filters such as Tags to find newly added contacts (e.g., “Luxembourg”, “Manual Group Import”).
- Review contact details and manage them as part of your workflow.
