Bulk Actions in LinkedClient

The bulk actions feature in LinkedClient allows you to efficiently manage multiple contacts at once. Whether you're activating sales cycles, tagging contacts, or updating objectives, bulk actions can help streamline your workflow and save significant time.

Accessing Bulk Actions

To begin, go to the Contacts page. All your contacts will be listed in a table view. You can either:

  • Use filters (e.g., by tag, communication status, or other criteria) to narrow down your list
  • Manually select contacts by checking individual boxes
  • Use the “Select All” checkbox to apply actions to your entire list, not just those visible on the current page

Available Bulk Actions

Once you’ve selected contacts, a bulk action menu will appear at the top of the screen. The following actions are available:

  • Activate Sales Cycles – Starts outreach for selected contacts (if objectives are defined)
  • Add or Remove Tags – Helps categorize or organize contacts for later segmentation
  • Enable or Disable Channels – Activates or deactivates LinkedIn or email channels
  • Delete Contacts – Removes contacts (see limitations below)
  • Update or Create Objectives – Define or adjust the intent behind your outreach

Important Notes and Limitations

Some actions depend on the contact's current state. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Missing Objectives

If you attempt to activate sales cycles for contacts without defined objectives, the system will prompt you to provide one before proceeding.

Deleting Contacts

You can only delete contacts who are:

  • Outside of your LinkedIn network
  • Or have a pending connection request

Contacts who are part of your first-degree LinkedIn network cannot be deleted from LinkedClient directly. To remove them, you must disconnect from them on LinkedIn. The system will then automatically sync and update your contact list.

Use Cases for Bulk Actions

Bulk actions are especially useful when:

  • Managing leads with shared tags or import sources
  • Adjusting outreach settings for specific regions or campaigns
  • Starting or stopping communication for an entire segment at once
