Understading Communciation Langauge with Contacts

What does this article explain?

This article explains the process of how the system matches the communication language with the prospects and how that process can be adjusted.

Adding the languages to your profile

During the initial onboarding setup up you were able to add the languages that you can communicate with in the AI Settings.
If you have missed that, you can always add the languages in Settings->AI Settings, at the very bottom of this panel. Make sure to save the settings after you apply the changes.

By default, the English language will always be there; it cannot be deleted. If matching the language fails with every potential language, English will always be used as a last form of communication.

For Example, if I'm speaking Polish and German and the prospect only speaks French. English will be the default communication language. If another prospect speaks French and German, then German will be selected, etc.

Checking the Communication Language

You can check what language Elsie is communicating in on the prospect page.

Click on any client you wish and focus on the top right corner to have more information about the languages that this prospect speaks and the selected language that Elsie has matched.

The information about the languages is being taken directly from the prospects' LinkedIn profiles.
If you feel like the language is not correct, or you would like to change it manually, you can click on the Communication Language on the same page and change it to whatever you like. Please be mindful of this process and make sure that this prospect can communicate in that language if selected.

You can also perform this action in bulk; check out our bulk action videos here.
If you have any specific feedback regarding language to Elsie, you can use your Feedback and Style options to improve the messages that she is creating. Check out this article on how to provide feedback to Elsie.

Hope that information is helpful. If you are stuck or need any further help, please reach out to us at support@linkedclient.com or check out the other guides.
